Purchased an Owners Select Plan which is the only warranty offered by the dealership I bought my car from at a cost of $2,200.00. I have an issue with my air conditioning which I recently found out is not covered under my warranty because it’s not a part listed on the brochure. The repair is approximately $1,600.

The finance person talked me into adding it a what I thought was a inflated price , she assured me I could cancel easily if I found another company , I purchased the vehicle Jan 1 2022 , called company Jan 13 2022 , to cancel , they said I had to talk to Avis , I did got cancellation form filled out and sent in Jan 15 2022 , called a week ago assured it was being handled , still nothing - I have already purchased another companies policy , very disappointed with Fidelity and the seller of policy
I meant to give them a two. The lack of effort and the lies close this company down if my engine had work down like I knew the pcv freeze on these vehicles the warranty lady told me oh its not your fault you wouldn't have known and I record her saying this over the phone. I wanna sue this company but I don't have the money or resources but someone will sue and get them to stop lying you don't fix if something goes wrong with the engine And yes I had oil in my truck you can't check a vehicle that is leaking oil two days later or a day and say oh your oil is low. Look up GMC TERRAIN 2011 and you will understand something I didn't know they burn oil faster then you can put it in but gmc lou fusz had my vehicle several times after buying it. GMC needs a recall on all 2011 terrain with the sle and fix the issue with pcv freeze.
