The Board of Elections of Chatham County will conduct a Public Logic and Accuracy Test on its Voting System units at the Annex located at 10 Mall Terrace. This test will begin on or after Monday, September 9, 2024, at 8:00 AM and continue day to day until completion. This test is to prepare and verify the accuracy of the Voting System for the General Primary Runoff to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
NEW POOLER PRECINCT
The Chatham County Board of Elections in conjunction with the Board of Registrars has added a new precinct to the Pooler area, effective for the November 5 General Election. Precinct 7-16 was split at Quacco Road to form Precinct 7-17. Precinct 7-16 is now east of Quacco Road and Precinct 7-17 is west. Voters in both precincts will continue to vote at Pooler Rec Center until further notice. Please check your voting location information at https://mvp.sos.ga.gov/s/.
Precinct 8-17 GA Tech will vote at the Seventh Day Adventist Church at 50 Godley Way for this election only.

The Board of Elections of Chatham County functions as the superintendent of elections and conducts primaries and elections in accordance with State law. The Board performs all services and functions necessary to support the election process. The Board establishes boundaries for voting precincts, secures facilities to serve as polling locations for these precincts, recruits, selects, hires, trains and assigns personnel to serve as poll officials. The board also conducts qualification for candidates, develops ballots for elections, acquires, maintains, prepares and delivers equipment used to conduct elections, publicizes notices as required by law and maintains elections records.
